Guidelines as to Dividends

We are in the stance of applying necessary internal reserves in order to achieve our future business development and enhance our management quality; our fundamental guidelines are to maintain a stable amount of dividends. We paid annual dividends of ¥22 per share for the current fiscal year, consisting of an interim dividend of ¥10 and a year-end dividend of ¥12.
