The
Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. has been developed and
presented IAMOS, which is Integrated Approach, Mooring
and Operation Simulation for Ship to Ship Operation,
for new advanced offshore mooring design method
in consideration with two-ship motions on approaching
and operation due to any sea condition.
This IAMOS presents optimum design of fenders and
mooring system, prediction of ship motions and safety
assessment. This system was verified by tank tests. |
